6. ArmorTech IQ Diagnostics

If you use ArmorTech IQ or any online diagnostic tool, you may provide symptoms, device details, photos, model numbers, contact information, and payment information. Diagnostic submissions may be used to generate recommendations, route service, suggest parts, support mail-in decisions, or prepare repair options.

Online diagnostic tools are not a guarantee of final repair outcome. Submitted information may become part of the customer service record.

7. Payments
