How ArmorTech Warranty Service Works
1. Submit A Claim
The customer submits the issue, device type, model number, symptoms, photos, and service address.
2. Diagnostic Review
ArmorTech reviews the likely failure path and determines whether the issue needs local service, mail-in support, parts sourcing, or replacement review.
3. Repair First
The goal is to repair what can reasonably be repaired before jumping straight to replacement.
4. Clear Next Step
Customers are routed to service, parts, mail-in repair, commercial support, or replacement recommendations when repair does not make sense.
