Mail-In Process
1. Submit Symptoms
Send the model number, board number, device type, pictures, and a clear description of what failed.
2. Ship The Item
Package the board or device safely. Include your name, phone number, email, return address, and symptom notes.
3. Diagnostic Evaluation
ArmorTech checks the failure path, board condition, visible damage, likely failed components, and whether repair makes financial sense.
4. Repair Or Return
If repair is approved, the item is serviced and returned. If repair is not practical, replacement or sourcing options can be discussed.
